Overview

The City Exchange building is located in the historic downtown district of Harrisonburg Virginia. The building is multi functional with 26 luxury one and two bedroom flats, a restaurant and offices.

The flats are unique to Harrisonburg and many will have loft bedrooms. The building was constructed in 1908 as a produce exchange building and was purchased by the Wetzel Seed company in the 1930’s and was continuously used to the present day.

The City Exchange building has been restored following the Rehabilitation Guidelines of the Department of Historic Resources.

The flats will vary in size between 550 – 1,200 square feet with one and two bedrooms depending on the unit.
